Streams of Dreams
is a 501(c)(3) organization available to nonprofits opting to do their community work with minimized bureaucracy, red tape, and administrative burden.

Our mission is to seed symbiotic relationships with social entrepreneurs who facilitate charitable programs that ultimately benefit the public good of communities at local, national, and international levels.

Our vision is to improve social value through the deliverance of charitable programs that accelerate public interest ideas into effective social action.


  • Test and accelerate public interest ideas into effective social and civic action.
  • Advance the emergence of able, creative community leadership.
  • Promote fiscal efficiency in addressing social problems or challenges.
  • Convey knowledge, skills and habits of excellent organizational operations.


  • Maintain sufficient financial resources to assure continuous, uninterrupted operation.
  • Account for and report on each fiscally sponsored project's funds separately.
  • Provide regular and timely financials to project leaders.
  • Establish and maintain sound systems, processes, procedures and internal controls.
